As a Back Office Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting essential financial, administrative, and operational functions. This is not a basic administrative position—you will be handling processes related to finance, accounting, payments, human resources, and operational efficiency.

General Responsibilities & Job Duties:
Generate reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards for accounting, finance, and operations.
Provide high-level administrative support to internal teams, including handling sensitive company data.
Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge.
Support HR and leadership with documentation, compliance, and performance tracking.
Help maintain records, policies, and payroll processes in coordination with the HR team.
Manage and maintain accurate financial and operational records within our CRM system
Assists the Manager in generating detailed reports, spreadsheets, and templates for accounting, financial analysis and other operational purposes
Plans and assists with back office administrative activities. Take responsibility for data management and control of our CRM Software.
Identify problems and opportunities and make innovative recommendations for the improvement of the company's departments.
Respond promptly and accurately to enquiries, requests, and communications from internal teams, providing high-quality administrative support.
Note: This is a non-management position, and it is not a job that can be done remotely.

Work Experience - Preferred:
Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Language: Proficiency in English. (Advanced)
Administrative Experience: 2 years of experience
Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel Skills: Intermediate (or higher) Excel knowledge is highly preferred)
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
Note: This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Compensation:
The payment range for this position may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and additional responsibilities.
Starting pay for this role ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
