Lead, coordinate and motivate a crew of 6 workers, improving work efficiency and precision through establishing strategies, maintaining accuracy of physical inventory, increase productivity, reducing cost.
· Analyze timing and process of department to establish the distribution of personnel to accomplish effectiveness.
· Analyze department operation, detect inconsistencies, solving issues and finding improvements.
· Investigate discrepancies, the causes of them and establishing countermeasures.
· Perform cycle counting in daily basis, reducing discrepancies, maintaining accurate the physical inventory.
Collect data, make reports, suggest ideas and solutions, modify workflows improving efficiency reducing cost.
Use of forklift, electric jack, manual pallet jack, wrapping machine, manual wrapping, scanners, computers, etc.
Skills and Competencies
Bilingual English / Spanish (fluent in English required)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Microsoft offices: Word, Power Point (presentations), Excel PROFICIENT, handling very well: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP.
Experience suggesting solutions and ideas, creating countermeasures to improve, having factual results, critical thinking.
Organization skills.
Good math skills.
