Core Responsibilities for phone sales or marketing positions:
Marketing Activities
Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and industry trends.
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing).
Create marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and website content.
Support the organization and promotion of events and webinars.
Sales Activities
Prospect and qualify leads through outbound efforts (cold calls, networking).
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
Build relationships with potential customers, address their needs, and overcome objections.
Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales.
Collaboration and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
Work closely with the Marketing and Sales Manager to align goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role.
Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
Self-motivated and adaptable; comfortable working both independently and in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
