The Law Offices of Robert Sheldon is currently seeking a skilled paralegal with expertise in non-immigrant visa processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in handling non-immigrant visa cases.
Responsibilities:
-Assist attorneys in preparing and filing non-immigrant visa applications
-Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other parties involved in the visa process
-Conduct legal research and analysis related to non-immigrant visa laws and regulations
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
-Provide general office support tasks as needed
Requirements:
-Minimum one year of experience in non-immigrant visa processes
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
-Strong computer skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong organizational and time management skills
