Klein Law Group, P.A. seeks an energetic, enthusiastic and
personable legal assistant to support a four-attorney law firm. This
is an excellent opportunity to join one of South Florida’s most

As a Klein Law Group Legal Assistant, you will assist in building
and maintaining client relationships. We will support you by
providing you the tools necessary to thrive and excel in the Palm
Beach and Broward County legal community. As our client base

Responsibilities:
➢ Support Attorneys in law office;
➢ Answer telephones – Supporting Receptionist;
➢ Welcomes clients by greeting them, in person or on the
telephone; answering or directing inquiries;
➢ Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files;
monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; documenting
actions; inputting information into file database and case
management software; confirming case status with attorney;
➢ Helps develop cases by maintaining contact with people
involved in the case and scheduling depositions;
➢ Keeps clients informed by maintaining contact;
communicating case progress;
➢ Maintains attorneys’ appointment schedules by planning and
scheduling among other things, meetings, conferences,
teleconferences, travel and court appearances;
➢ Maintains client’s confidence and protects operations by
keeping information confidential;
➢ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed; and
➢ Any other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time.
Qualifications:
➢ Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a competitive academic
standing. Additional requirements may apply.
➢ Fluent command of Spanish +,
➢ 1 to 3 years law firm experience.
