We need a highly skilled and experienced window and door service technician, who is capable of independently troubleshooting service concerns and initiating necessary repairs. This position also offers a career path to becoming a Quality Assurance Manager. Outstanding in-home customer service skills and the ability to present the company in the best possible light are mandatory.
Your responsibilities in this role are:
- Conduct a thorough initial inspection and repair any identified issues on-site, or take necessary steps to implement a solution plan.
- Evaluate and report any quality issues related to the installation process.
- Prepare timely and detailed service reports.
- Check and update field software with details and photos to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Adhere strictly to company procedures and protocols.
- Be a team player who is always willing to assist installation crews and warehouse staff.
Qualifications:
- MUST have Service Technician and/or installation experience with HURRICANE IMPACT GLASS windows and doors.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service and a professional attitude.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality.
- Dependable and hardworking.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
- The pay/salary for this position will be determined based on the candidate's level of experience.
- Applicants who are willing to travel to the West Coast for work are preferred.
