Job Title: Pavers Warehouse Worker / Forklift Driver
Location: Lauderdale Lakes, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: [Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm]
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker with forklift experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading pavers and related materials, organizing inventory, preparing orders for delivery or pickup, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
Load and unload trucks with palletized pavers and other hardscape materials
Pull and prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and yard areas
Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
Assist customers and drivers as needed with professionalism and care
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
1+ years of experience in a warehouse or yard environment
Valid forklift certification and experience operating sit-down forklifts
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred:
Experience handling pavers, bricks, stone, or construction materials
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
