Job Description:
Enter orders into the company system.
Knowledge of Purchasing and information software programs. (Magaya preferred)
Allocate and organize storage locations according to requirements.
Sort inventory according to established procedures.
Pick and prepare orders to be shipped.
Ensure proper packaging and labeling of shipments.
Process and provide the necessary paperwork for shipments.
Resolve any discrepancies between paperwork and inventory received.
Inspect and ensure the quality of inventory.
Adhere to all safety standards and operating procedures.
Ensure strict adherence to all housekeeping and warehouse standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements:
Bilingual is a plus.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of purchasing functions, inventory, and supply management systems.
Must be reliable, punctual & able to follow instructions.
Must have a positive work attitude, good communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Detail Oriented
Good Word and Excel Skills/ Intermediate level- required.
