Established full-service Landscape Company in business for 35 years, has an opening in our Tree Care Department for a Tree Crew / Arborist Foreman.
Pay is based on skill, experience, and production $20-$25
Responsibilities
Supervise and set up tree crew for daily activities.
Lead Climber and Bucket Operator
Completes daily required paperwork thoroughly and accurately, documenting all information
Operates and maintains company vehicles and equipment safely, reports any major repairs to the manager
Help direct and train groundmen and climbers - communicating for a safe work environment.

Attends and participates in all safety and training meetings
Promote a positive team environment
Ensure all employees are operating safely at all times by reviewing potential traffic hazards; performing safety gear checks.
Enforce and follow ANSI, TCIA, and OSHA standards
Qualifications
Knowledge of proper climbing and pruning techniques (ANSI A300 Standards)
Perform various job functions, including climbing, trimming, removal, and stump grinding.
Candidates must have reliable transportation.
Valid/clean Florida license required. CDL prepared
Bilingual (English and Spanish a plus)
Great communication skills.
Broward Certified a plus
Physical Demands / Work Environment
Requires frequent standing, kneeling, walking, pulling, reaching, stooping, and bending.
May be exposed to dust, grease, odors, mechanical and electrical hazards, and all types of weather and temperature conditions.
