UP Boats LLC is the US leading manufacturer for lightweight carbon fiber dinghies & tender boats.
To reinforce our team we're looking to hire motivated and reliable staff for our manufacturing department.
No prior experience required! We're offering payed training for everyone that wants to start their career in composite boat building.
Starting salary is $16/hour, higher if qualified and trained or after we've trained you.
Tasks:
- Cut foam sheets with templates
- Dry layup of carbon fiber cloth
- Sanding & surface prep of the hulls
- Apply EVA decking kits to boats
- Fitout & finish
- Packing & shipping
