Hola, somos una empresa de limpieza que se profesionaliza en la limpieza de casas de vacaciones como Airbnbs y otras propiedades de alquiler a corto plazo. Damos servicio a más de 30 propiedades en el sur de Florida, así que tenemos mucho trabajo disponible! En este momento solo estamos buscando agregar mujeres a nuestro equipo y usted debe tener experiencia previa en la limpieza específica de casas de vacaciones u hoteles. Te preguntaremos sobre tus deberes laborales anteriores y te pediremos referencias! Proporcionamos todo el equipo de limpieza y los suministros de limpieza dentro de un almacén en cada propiedad, no tendrá que traer nada, pero si prefiere usar su propio equipo, puede hacerlo! También tenemos lavadoras dentro de cada propiedad, así como ropa de cama doble para cada cama. Debes tener una gran atención a los detalles, hacemos muchas decoraciones con las toallas, el papel higiénico, etc.! Debes tener un transporte fiable. La disponibilidad los domingos y los lunes es una ventaja. Estas son casas de vacaciones, por lo que los huéspedes salen de la casa a las 11 a.m. y el próximo huésped se registrará a las 4 p.m., es una limpieza rápida si no hay un registro el mismo día, se lo haremos saber para que pueda asignar su tiempo correctamente. Después de cada turno o durante su turno, un supervisor vendrá e inspeccionará la limpieza, ya que la limpieza es el aspecto más importante en una revisión de los invitados.
¿Cómo pagamos?: No pagamos por hora, pagamos por limpieza. Tenemos turnos individuales para casas más pequeñas que se ofrecen a nuestros empleados capacitados y también tenemos turnos grupales para nuestras casas más grandes. Los turnos de grupo se pagan una tarifa plana de 75 por limpieza, los turnos individuales se pagan una tarifa plana de 105 por limpieza. Algunos días tenemos disponibilidad para turnos dobles. Nuestra semana de pago comienza fresco todos los lunes y termina todos los domingos, todas las limpiezas terminadas dentro de esa semana se pagarán el viernes siguiente, todos los viernes!
¿Con qué frecuencia puedes trabajar? Puedes trabajar tan a menudo como estés disponible para hacerlo! Tenemos limpiezas todos los días. Después de aprobar nuestro entrenamiento y convertirnos en confiables en el campo de la limpieza, podemos concederle muchas limpiezas! Hello, We are a cleaning company that professionalizes in cleaning vacation homes such as Airbnbs and other short term rental properties. We service over 30 properties through South Florida so we do have a lot of work available! At this time we are only looking to add on females to our team and you must have prior experience in cleaning specifically vacation homes or hotels. We will ask you about your past work duties and ask for references! We provide all cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies inside a storage in each property, you will not have to bring anything but if you prefer to use your own equipment you may! We also have laundry machines inside each property as well as double linens for every bed. You must have a strong attention to detail, we do many decorations with the towels, toilet paper, etc! You must have a reliable transportation. Availability on Sundays and Mondays is a plus. These are vacation homes so guest check out of the house at 11am and the next guest will check in at 4pm, it is a fast turnaround cleaning if there is not a same day check in, we will let you know so you can allocate your time properly. After every shift or during your shift a supervisor will come around and inspect the cleaning, as the cleaning is the most important aspect in a guests review.
How do we Pay?: We do not pay per hour, we pay per cleaning. We have solo shifts for smaller houses offered to our trained employees and we also have group shifts for our larger homes. Group shifts are paid flat rate of $75 per cleaning , solo shifts are paid flat rate of $105 per cleaning. Some days we have availability for double shifts. Our pay week starts fresh every Monday and ends every Sunday, all cleanings finished within that week will be paid on the following Friday, every Friday!
How often can you work: You may work as often as you are available to do so! We have cleanings everyday. After passing our training and becoming trustable in the cleaning field, we can grant you many cleanings! If you’d like to work part time, you may let us know which days you are available and we will fill you in those days!
