Responsibilities:
Responsible for utilizing jack hammer for periods up to 12 hours a day in heat and humidity
Assists equipment operators by excavating, hand digging and locating underground obstructions
Works with specialized equipment including jackhammers and other industry tools
Signals equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials
Works safely around fall hazards, power lines, semi trucks, high pressure compressed air, excavators, cranes and dump truck
Cleans and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have valid drivers license
Must have 2 years verifiable construction experience
