Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a Fulfillment Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This is a critical role in our warehouse operations, and we are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented and have experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with Excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
We are looking to hire a motivated and enthusiastic member of our team to be the order fulfillment specialist which includes printing, packing, tracking, creating POS, BOLS LTL & shipping the daily orders from our website direct and various other sales channels.
Make sure shipping supplies are fully stocked and replenished
Conduct Inventory
Fulfill Orders
Create and oversee Purchase Orders
Communicate with Vendors, Staff and Customers
Prepare and Pack Orders
Accurately Track Inventory and orders
Ensure all orders are accurately processed into Order Entry system and follow through from order stage to order closure
Coordinate all orders with various departments such as Finance, IT, Data Processing, Shipping and Logistics Team in resolving related issues to meet customer/staff requested ship date/ delivery date (CRSD/ CRDD)
Liaison with customer on inquiries, order status, shipping information
Ensure that Sales Team follows Rules of Engagement in order placement
Reviewing and analyzing work processes to identify process improvement programs
Establish action plan with team on the improvement of processes and procedure
Deal with loss/damage and return goods if happen
File Claims
Label materials
Handle all aspects of LTL
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Experience:
Familiarity with Ship Station and Shopify, Veequo
Strong Computer Skills, especially responding to emails and messages
Previous experience working in a warehouse setting preferred
Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
Proficient in order picking and packing processes
Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling customer orders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
Experience handling busy e-commerce order fulfillment
Basic to intermediate Excel skills
Impeccable customer service skills
Highly effective project management skills
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
Experienced in communicating clearly and confidently with the staff senior management
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Position requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Team-oriented and willing to help others to get the job done
