We offer:
Weather permitting; we work 6 days a week/ 9-11 hours a day
Time and one half for overtime
Complimentary travel & lodging
$30/day Per Diem for every day worked over 4 hours
Free airfare to the work site and back home at the end of the season
Minimum Qualifications:
Experienced Commercial Painter 2+ years (Large Box Stores/commercial buildings)
Must be motivated and dependable.
Prior scissor and boom lift experience
The ability to travel and be away from home for a significant period of time
Lifting up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis.
Ability to climb ladders and work at height
All offers of employment are contingent on passing drug test, physical/ lift test and criminal background check.

Purpose:
This position will require crew members to travel around the country throughout the season. On average each job location lasts around 7-14 days before moving on to the next site.
Major Opportunities & Key Accountabilities:
Performs all types of commercial painting work and surface preparation.
Prepares various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, power wash, remove old caulking and caulk and prepare to paint the wall
Perform work with strict company and regulatory safety procedures at all times.
Nature & Scope:
100% travel for extended periods of time.
Position will require night shift work at times.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Able to follow directions and work well with others.
Willingness to work on the road.
Have a desire to learn industry, grow in company.
Strong and positive attitude, even when jobs are tough.
