Residential Property of 152 units looking for a Maintenance Technician.
Drywall, Painting, Repairs, Plumbing, service calls, Team Player.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week.

8-hour shift
Monday to Friday
On call for emergencies
Weekends as needed.
Experience:
Painting: 3 years (Required)
Repairs: 3 years (Required)
Drywall: 3 years (Required)
Work Location: In person.
