Job Title: Insulation Installer
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Insulation Installer to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various types of insulation in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Install insulation materials, including fiberglass, spray foam, and blown-in insulation
- Measure, cut, and fit insulation to walls, floors, and ceilings
- Seal gaps and air leaks to improve energy efficiency
- Operate insulation tools and equipment safely
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in insulation installation is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in tight spaces
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or scaffolding
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
