Are you a go-getter, with a passion for your trade, customers service, and company growth? We are looking for a motivated roofing specialist, specifically to install solar fans and gable fans for our customers, and to grow with our company!
Your Role:
Connect with appropriate staff for scheduling and coordinating installs for our residential clients.
Identify tools needed for different roof types prior to each job, in order to efficiently and properly install required fans.
Experience installing 30 & 70 watt solar fans, and gable fans.
Arrive to jobsite on time, prepared, and communicate with appropriate staff at arrival, completion, etc.
Build and maintain strong industry relationships to assist in driving long-term business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Solar fan and gable fan installation experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Licensed, insured, company vehicle, tools.
-Must be able to travel throughout Florida
-Must be available to work Monday-Saturday
-Must be flexible with scheduling
What We Offer:
Competitive installation pay rates $100-300/install, depending on install type-we supply the fans.
