Professional Pressure Washing and Commercial Maintenance Company seeks EXPERIENCED Pressure Cleaner
To excel in this position, the candidate must:
HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE.
Be comfortable and competent working up to four stories high on roofs.
Have experience as a commercial pressure washer, and be able to provide references.
Be skilled at pulling trailers behind trucks.
Be able to repeatedly climb up to 3 flights of stairs.
Be able to get to the Coconut Creek office to begin work daily by 7a.
Have all documentation to legally work in US as a W2 employee.
Be available to work occasional evening and weekend hours.
This position includes active participation in daily work such as pressure cleaning, garbage valet services, bulk trash pickup and dump runs, and various maintenance jobs related to the multi-family industry.
Pluses for this job include:
Bi-lingual (Spanish)
Sales and/or client servicing experience
Knowledge of minor small engine repair
Management experience
Pay is weekly
