Part time Person needed to help maintain an estate in Gulf Stream (located close to Delray Beach). A Resume is required. Duties include, but are not limited to, window washing, pool cleaning, car washing, and blowing/raking the grounds. Handyperson skills and pool operations knowledge are preferable. Candidate must be punctual and be able to follow instruction. This is a part time position. Schedule preference would be Monday through Friday, 9am - 1pm in season with some flexibility in off season. This is an ideal position for an active and healthy retired person looking to supplement their income. Start time is on or about July 1, 2024. The candidate must be fluent in English. Background checks are required.
