We are looking for an experienced Estimator with at least 2 years of experience working for a General Contractor on construction projects.
Candidate should have experience in Insurance restoration work.
Knowledge of Xactimate a PLUS.

Job Responsibilities:
Xactimate estimating
Customer Service
Job documentation – notes made daily
Sub-Contractor scheduling
Project Management – visit job sites daily
Set and manage budgets
Deal with Permits/Inspectors/Engineers/Clients.
Making sure jobs are on time and on budget.
Skills Needed:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – must be fluent in English – Spanish is a PLUS
Estimate and visit multiple properties
Must have clean driving record
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, internet, basic office programs
Ability to work in Xactimate is required
Problem solver with a can-do attitude, must be flexible
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
