Key Responsibilities:
Build Bikes: Assemble bikes to the highest standards of safety and performance.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Ensure bikes are clean and well-maintained.
Oil Changes: Perform routine oil changes on bikes.
Outdoor Area Upkeep: Clean and maintain the outdoor area to provide a pleasant environment for customers and staff.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in bike assembly and maintenance is highly desirable.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Mechanical Aptitude: Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of bike mechanics.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
