We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Insulation Installer / Helper to join our team. No prior experience is required — we are willing to train the right person.
Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs
Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Valid driver’s license is a plus
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with the installation of insulation materials
Loading/unloading materials and preparing job sites
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Following instructions from the lead installer
Starting Pay: $15/hour
Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: Full-time
Experience: Not required — training provided
