MRI PLUSS INC. is an Imaging Center based out of Miami, Florida. We offer a range of diagnostic imaging services to our patients to provide personalized care and help them on their health journey.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Manager located in Miami, FL. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing staff, employees schedules, make sure that Center meets the financial targets, and ensuring compliance with HIPPA and AHCA.
They will provide exceptional patient experiences while ensuring we meet or exceed all regulatory guidelines and continuously improve our service offerings.
Qualifications
Leadership and management skills with experience managing staff
3-5 years Experience in healthcare operations and compliance with regulatory guidelines
Bilingual ( Spanish )
Registered Radiographer (ARRT) not mandatory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance office operations and financial performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, patients, and stakeholders
Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
