We are seeking a detail-oriented and team-focused Intake/Insurance Coordinator to join our organization. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily intakes and insurance verification, speaking with customers and potential clients, ensuring accurate data entry, ((kantime system) and maintaining effective communication with staff and physician offices.
Key Responsibilities
Accepting potential clients, working with referral source.
Complete intake and accurate data entry in the system.
Follow up with referral sources and physician offices to ensure timely communication and documentation is sent.
Support the insurance verification team with calls and follow-up on required documents.
Provide support and clear communication to the branch locations to assure on boarding of clients.
Collaborate in a team-oriented environment to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Prior office or administrative assistant experience preferred (healthcare/insurance background a plus).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Creole required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Home Health Care experience a plusFast-paced environment. Office located in West Palm Beach. This is NOT a remote position.
