Research Physicians Network Alliance is currently seeking a Medical Assistant/Clinical Research Assistant. The office is located in Boca Raton.
The desired candidate must have great organizational skills, be a self-starter and demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision while ensuring the required operational tasks are met. The main focus of the site (s) is nephrology, so experience in this specialty is a plus. Bilingual is also a definite plus. The right candidate will be trained to become a Clinical Research Coordinator which will provide a useful skill set to advance your career.
The position may be flexible/hybrid, administrative may be done from home.
Basic Duties:
Must be skilled in phlebotomy, obtaining vitals, performing EKGs and thoroughly understanding the process for shipping biological samples (frozen/ambient).
Ensure that subjects meet the necessary criteria for each individual study
Maintain up to date and accurate source documentation and internal communication logs to capture all correspondence between site, subjects and sponsors.
Ensure all data is entered into the Electronic Data Capturing systems in a timely manner.
