Currently in search for a HHA/CNA with AHCA level 2 background to start this Monday 12/16 and work every M-W-F 4 hours per day from 10am-2pm.
The care is needed for a elderly man who lives in a nice community in Delray Beach and is in need of long term care forever M-W-F. He had a massive stroke three years ago and just recently fell and broke a hip. He can stand and pivot he walks with a walker one arm is not usable at all, secondary to his stroke. He needs help with showering, toileting, assisting with walking as he is a fall risk. He is sensitive to loudness. Wife would like somebody to be there since he has no safety awareness. She would like somebody to take him for walks in his wheelchair and be there as a companion.
Requirements :
AHCA level 2 background
HHA certificate or CNA license
A decent car with car insurance
CPR Card
Proof of citizenship
Drivers License
