My wife and I host Christmas party for about 30 friends at our home every year and this year we have a raw and sushi bar theme. We are sourcing some of the best products and are looking for an experienced sushi chef to make to order temaki, nigiri and sashimi. Ingredients that will be provided are below

Responsibilities:
- Prepare all types of sushi including nigiri, sashimi, & handrolls
- Attention to detail in the food preparation process, mastering quality control
- Please bring your own knives and tools, also if you have any catering equipment specific to sushi that is a plus (not required)
Qualifications:
- 1+ years Japanese cuisine experience
- Ability to listen to and facilitate special requests from our guests
- Ability to create a positive, fun, and exciting environment by interacting with our clients
- Up to date with culinary trends and sushi preparation processes'
Ingredients:
Raw bar:
120 oysters
6lbs of cocktail shrimp
10lbs king crab legs cracked, knuckle meat from crab used for sushi and crab salad
Caviar potato chip dip
Sushi bar:
4lbs of sushi grade salmon
3lbs of sushi grade tuna
2lbs of yellowtail
1 lbs of special small maine scallops
4 trays of uni
crab from knuckles for temaki, etc
