Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
A hands-on approach to operations, guest satisfaction, and staff development
Passion for hospitality and a drive to help grow the business
