We are looking for a LEADER who thrive in fast-paced environments and has a keen eye for details. Successful candidates are passionate about restaurants, hospitality, food and excellent service. Our management team search is focused on individuals who are dedicated to consistently driving excellence.
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations for our table service locations (Islander Bar, Clubhouse One, Clover Irish Pub and Sushi Maki) including food preparation, production, presentation of all recipes, personnel management of all kitchen staff, food safety. Potentially, being responsible for additional concepts ranging from Latin cuisine, and other quick service locations.
