We are seeking a talented and experienced Line cook to join our team. We are looking for long term candidates that have a minimum of 2 years of experience, at least 21 years of age. Must have plenty of experience in the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and a drive for creating exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities
-Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Follow the prep list created to plan duties
· Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
· Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
Skills
· Proven experience as prep cook
· A team player with good communication skills
· Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent is desirable; Training from a culinary school will be an asset
