Blue Collar, Miami’s favorite home for comfort food is moving to a larger location. With that, we need to hire some friendly and talented new team FOH team members. We are currently collecting resumes for servers, runners, bar tenders, and runners. The new location. Is directly across the street from our current location, however it is much larger and will include a full bar. We pay competitively and offer great flexible schedules, usually with the same two days off each week. Other benefits include PTO and health/dental/vision insurance. In addition, we are just a great place to work. Our core staff has all been with us for at least 3 years and some for 12 plus. Blue Collar is Daniel Serfer’s, first restaurant and is located in the MIMO area of Miami. It has existed in its current location for 12.5 years and has been featured on DDD, most local publications, and plenty of local television.
