Blue Collar, Miami’s favorite home for comfort food is moving to a beautiful new location, complete with full bar, and a larger kitchen. That being said we need more kitchen staff. We would like to hire a cold line cook. We need a cold line cook capable of making salads, vinaigrettes, shucking oysters , as well as frying some apps. This is an exciting time to be part of one of Miami’s most beloved restaurants.

Blue Collar is Daniel Serfer’s, first restaurant and is located in the MIMO area of Miami. It has existed in its current location for 12.5 years and has been featured on DDD, most local publications, and plenty of local television.
