Our team of experienced professionals develop innovative and client-specific solutions by thoroughly understanding our clients' goals, market, risk tolerance and exposures.Duties & Responsibilities:Over the course of this 8-week program, the selected intern will be immersed in the property & casualty reinsurance industry. Interns are entrusted to work on business activities and projects that will have an impact on PartnerRe underwriting.The program will involve both educational and project-based components. Educational sessions will cover Actuarial, Treaty and Facultative Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Accounting, and Catastrophe Modelling. Interns can anticipate not only gaining a broad understanding of the (re)insurance industry, but also starting to develop or refine key skills essential for a successful professional career, including personal time management, business etiquette, presentation skills, networking opportunities and exposure to senior management.
