Master the Bath Fitter installation process through an 8-week paid training program.
Install bathtub and shower systems with precision, following company standards and procedures.
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when working with customers and team members.
Ensure customer satisfaction by explaining the care and functionality of their new installation.
Keep work areas clean and respect customers' homes during and after installations.
Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork (EOI forms, job costing sheets, checklists, etc.).
Manage and maintain inventory of necessary tools and job components in the company vehicle.
Perform service calls as needed, ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
Follow all safety policies and company procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices.

What You Need to Succeed:
3-5 years of experience in carpentry, renovation, or a related trade
Strong attention to detail and ability to take precise measurements using a tape measure, level, and combination square
Ability to use power tools such as jigsaws and drills
Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus but not required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
