This focus creates opportunities for purpose-driven and results-oriented leaders to have a significant impact on our clients and communities and ultimately help shape and define the growth of our business.We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for the Southeast Division to serve as primary liaison between the divisional leadership, marketing, and other stakeholders, collaborating on cross enterprise efforts and shared best practices. The Senior Marketing Manager serves on the senior leadership team for the Southeast Division. As a member of the Wells Fargo Wealth and Investment Management marketing organization, this role is a strategic liaison to field leadership and Financial Advisors (FA), accountable for driving the marketing strategy for the division, increasing Financial Advisors (FA) productivity through marketing, branding, education, and client experience. The manager is responsible for creating and delivering education on marketing, branding, social media and digital strategies.In this role, you will

Act as an advisor to aligned Divisional leadership to develop or influence successful delivery of innovative campaigns, programs and initiatives that drive business outcomes and increase Financial Advisor (FA) productivity.

Lead the planning and execution of Marketing Strategy activities and projects that directly support or assist in implementation of growth opportunities in an assigned Division.

Ensure adherence to brand standards and compliance regulations and policies. Resolve complex and unique challenges and collaborate across business lines to develop long-term solutions.

Provide vision and develop sales and growth strategies for designated Division and partner with Marketing Leadership and colleagues on broader marketing strategies for the Client Relationship Group.

Analyze and interpret trends and build subject matter expertise to ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing.

Lead cross functional teams and large-scale projects to develop marketing strategies and meet business objectives.

Collaborate and consult with divisional partners and leaders/managers, colleagues, stakeholders, advisors, and both business and community leaders, including internal or external customers to grow market share and meet customer needs.

Serve as a mentor and coach for less experienced individuals.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Financial Services, Business Development or Brokerage

Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy and execution including digital marketing and social media.

Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate to drive business outcomes

Ability to interact and partner with all levels of branch associates, financial advisors, and business units

Knowledge and understanding of investment and financial services products in the financial services industry

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Exceptational presentation skills

Ability to create dynamic marketing related PowerPoint presentations including charts and graphs

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel in assigned territory up to 25% of the time
