LabCorp is currently seeking a Business Manager for a large hospital laboratory in Miami, Florida. The Manager will oversee financial planning, cost analysis, budgeting, reporting, and revenue and cost analytics. In addition, oversight of equipment management, some project management and vendor management. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to:
- Develop business initiatives and tools based on methodologies to support cost reduction.
- Complete variance analysis of business performance and comparative monthly.
- Maintain, and present financial reporting for the hospital system - 12 locations.
- This position will support the Laboratory Director directly, taking on administrative and financial projects ad hoc (staffing plans, presentations, financial projects).
- Participate in development of the annual budget, forecasts and ad-hoc analysis for the laboratory.
- Regular and ongoing coordination and assistance with Divisional Finance Manager
