Property Administrator

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Property Administrator to join our team in Miami, Florida. This role involves a range of administrative and organizational tasks within the real estate industry. The successful candidate will manage property-related documentation, handle leasing consultations, and liaise with tenants and property owners.Responsibilities: Managing and organizing property-related documentation efficiently Handling leasing consultations and resolving related inquiries Utilizing accounting software systems for financial management of properties Operating Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel and Outlook, for administrative tasks Performing accounting functions related to property management, including accounts payable Handling correspondence with tenants, property owners, and other stakeholders Ensuring compliance with property insurance requirements Using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for property management tasks Maintaining accurate records of property-related transactions and agreements Liaising with tenants and property owners to ensure smooth operations.
