Engage potential clients with a friendly and professional approach.
Use your communication skills to guide conversations and ensure a positive customer experience.
Document all call details accurately in our system.
Work with the team to hit sales targets and improve processes.Ideal (But Not Required): Experience with dialer platforms like Vicidial or similar systems is a big plus!
Sales or customer service experience, especially in a call center environment, is helpful.What You Bring: Fluent in English OR Spanish (spoken and written).
A clear, professional voice tone and great communication skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Able to commute to our office in the West Brickell area (no remote positions available).
