We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Insurance Agent Assistant to join our team. The candidate must possess a 4-40 License and have experience in handling personal auto, homeowners, and commercial insurance policies. As an Insurance Agent Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our insurance agents and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist insurance agents with day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing client inquiries.
Process insurance policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing their insurance-related questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Prepare insurance quotes and proposals for clients based on their needs and preferences.
Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation in our database system.
Collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve client issues and ensure seamless policy processing.
Handle billing inquiries and payments.
Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Valid 4-40 Insurance License.
2 Years of experience working in the insurance industry, preferably with personal auto, homeowners, and commercial insurance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changes in the insurance industry.
