Description Import/ Export Analyst Responsibilities · Knowledge in import customs documentation process · Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day international coordination and execution of all international freight movements. · Ensure proper compliance procedures are being followed and all necessary paperwork is being provided to customs brokers for on time submission.· Knowledge of Incoterms· Knowledge with HBL (House Bill of Lading) MBL (Master Bill of Lading)· Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining relationships with agents, vendors, steamship lines and freight forwarders. · Capable of managing time effectively and multi-tasking as necessary · Detailed oriented and capable of noticing small errors. · Problem solving; proactively identify and resolve logistics issues, such as delays, damages, or shipment errors.
