We are looking for a dedicated individual responsible for maintaining, repairing, and refurbishing UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters. This role requires a detailed-oriented individual with expertise in helicopter mechanics and a thorough understanding of aviation safety protocols. The technician will work as part of a team to ensure that Blackhawk helicopters are in optimal condition and meet all operational and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Maintenance and Repair:
Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on Blackhawk helicopters, including inspections, servicing, and troubleshooting.
Repair or replace defective components such as engines, rotors, transmissions, and other critical parts.
Conduct functional tests on repaired systems to ensure proper operation.
Refurbishment:
Overhaul and refurbish helicopter parts and systems to extend the service life of the aircraft.
Sand, prime, and paint aircraft surfaces as required.
Restore interior components including seats, panels, and instrumentation.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all maintenance and repairs are performed in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company policies.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Prepare reports on completed work and any issues encountered.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in aviation maintenance technology or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in helicopter maintenance, with specific experience on Blackhawk helicopters preferred.
Proficient in the use of aviation maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Great communication and teamwork skills.
Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting heavy components and working in confined spaces.
