Job DescriptionOnsite role in Bayfront Park, MiamiResponsibilities and Duties:Coordinate and determine approvals, eligibility and inform the medical providers as well as issue GOPs according to policy and client authorizationsTracking and follow up of all cases in Latin America ensuring appropriate follow up with the medical providersProvide guidance, support and advice to international members seeking medical treatments or proceduresResponds to routine phone inquiries and written correspondence related to authorizations and claims statusScreens and routes complex cases to the appropriate managerNavigates multiple systems to obtain necessary data to issue GOPsVerify payments and/or denials as well as treatment authorization status and inform the appropriate party accordinglyWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
