Bookkeeper

Description We are seeking a Bookkeeper based in Miami, Florida. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the financial industry. The Bookkeeper will be tasked with maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and reconciling accounts, among other responsibilities. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of bookkeeping for the organization Ensure the accuracy of financial records through account reconciliation Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks Conduct regular bank reconciliations to keep track of company expenditures and income Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for data entry and financial reporting Assist in the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Support the finance team in conducting transactions Handle payroll tasks as needed Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures in all bookkeeping tasks Offer flexible scheduling to meet the demands of the role.If you meet qualifications for this role, then please call 786.801.5830 or email [email protected] Proficient in Account Reconciliation Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations Demonstrated expertise in Bookkeeping Proficient in Data Entry tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Able to handle Month End Close processes Experience in managing Payroll Proficiency in using QuickBooks software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
