Maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports.
Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage financial data, generate reports, and facilitate streamlined financial processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, resolve payment-related issues, manage inventory of payment terminals and ATMs, and handle payroll processing.
Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, tax obligations, and company policies.
Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to provide insights and recommendations for improved financial management.
Oversee inventory management, including tracking purchases, sales, and maintaining appropriate stock levels of payment terminals and ATMs.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, industry standards, inventory control procedures, and payroll laws.
Assist in the development and implementation of efficient payment processing procedures, internal controls, inventory management processes, and payroll systems.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving payment-related concerns from clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in payment processing, bookkeeping, inventory management, and payroll processing.
Liaise with external financial institutions and partners to optimize payment processing operations, inventory management processes, and payroll services.
