Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Miami, Florida. Joining our team, you will be working within the industry, focusing on various tasks related to customer service and billing functions.Responsibilities: Effectively manage receivables to ensure timely payments Conduct thorough research and analysis on outstanding amounts Engage in regular communication with vendors to address any discrepancies related to outstanding amounts Exhibit strong Excel skills to manage and organize data effectively Process billing information and update customer accounts accurately Maintain a high level of customer service while resolving inquiries Monitor customer accounts regularly and initiate appropriate actions when necessary. Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential. Experience with Billing Functions is required. Strong Customer Service skills are necessary.
