We’re seeking a dynamic Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team and make a difference.100% remote | equipment provided.Must be flexible to work all 7 days of the week. Schedules will be assigned after 4 weeks of training. Associates will work five 8-hour shifts between the hours of 9am – 9pm EST (40 hours a week).Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish - Required
Previous call center/CSR experience
Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
Responsibilities:
Place and field calls, chats, SMS or emails
English to Spanish translating
Communicate with contacts in a professional and empathetic manner
Collect and record information in the CRM
Provide contacts with approved information and, if appropriate, refer them to additional resources
Follow script. Representatives are not permitted to deviate from the script or provide information that is not included in the script.
Details:
Pay: $15 - $17/hr. based on related experience.
Pay cycle – weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered.
Must have the ability to work 7 days a week week including weekends, holidays, etc. Schedules will be assigned after 4-week training period.
Shifts (40 hours per week) – 8 hour shift within the hours of operation (between 9:00am – 9:00pm EST)
Training (4 weeks): Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm no time off permitted in the first 4 weeks.
