POSITION SUMMARY As an Industrial Associate in Commercial Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leasing, acquisition, and sales of industrial properties. This position is part of a larger, dynamic, national program aimed at expanding and optimizing industrial real estate operations. You will be responsible for business development activities which include researching market trends, assisting with property valuations, preparing client presentations, and contributing to negotiations and transactions. This role is based in our Miami, Florida office.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Developing a deep understanding of the real estate market by obtaining the latest market and industry research, historical information, and trends  Creating and organizing a detailed database for tenant pursuits and proactively scheduling and meeting with prospective tenants Extensive cold calling, face-to-face prospecting, and other business development practices Contributing to building tours, presentations, drafting proposals, and report preparation Responsible for tracking and collecting market-level data and comps for their submarket  Maintaining daily interaction with clients and prospective clients  Participate in firm marketing and business development opportunities  Performing complex financial modeling and analysis
