Description We are offering an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator role, located in Miami, Florida. This role serves in the global consultation industry, and involves coordinating and moderating meetings for entrepreneurs. The successful candidate will be required to perform both remote and on-site work, with flexibility to operate solely remotely if needed.Responsibilities: Serve as a coordinator for meetings with entrepreneurs, ensuring all meetings are organized and conducted effectively Perform the role of a moderator during meetings, facilitating productive discussion and exchange of ideas Communicate effectively with all participants, displaying enthusiasm and good interpersonal skills Assist with event organization and coordination, providing administrative support as needed Use Google Office and other relevant software to perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, calendar management, and information sharing Monitor and measure session engagement, extracting insights for program improvements Identify potential risks to effective operation during sessions and devise mitigation strategies Support the administrative part of giving the best possible experience to founders, mentors, partners, investors, and other program stakeholders Collect feedback from participants, instructors, and clients, and use this information to improve program quality Coordinate research and collaborate with educators, subject experts, and other professionals to develop quality curricula and recommended learning resources. Requirements Proven experience in handling business correspondence Accuracy and speed in performing data entry tasks Familiarity with Google Apps such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive Experience in coordinating schedules and managing appointments Ability to conduct and facilitate meetings effectively Proficiency in using electronic schedulers and calendar management tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detailRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
