Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise shell construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and effectively communicate with general contractors.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Proactively resolve issues and challenges during the construction process.
- Maintain clear and fluid communication with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction project management, preferably in shell construction projects.
- Must have strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
