Seeking an Administrative assistant to the Director of Operations.
We are a Fire alarm / Fire sprinkler Contractor in Dania Beach.
We have been in business since 1997 and are family owned.
Applicant must have Strong organizational skills.
Must be a Self Motivated.
Scheduling and dispatch experience is a plus!
Bilingual preferred.
Must be Punctual and available to work Monday through Friday 9-5 pm.
Must have reliable transportation into work.
Must be pleasant and have good Customer relations skills.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office, excel etc
Duties to include:
Answering phones.
Vendor invoicing and PO processing.
Assisting Operations Director as needed.
Checking Inventory and placing orders. Using Purchase orders.
Routing technicians and Service calls.
Scheduling inspections and Service work.
